Fellow rioter and assailant Gaige Grosskreutz was also a felon, but he was carrying a handgun. If you haven’t seen the series of images where Grosskreutz first approached Rittenhouse, who is down, with his hands raised before suddenly drawing his illegally-carried handgun on him.

From all the videos I've seen it's obvious it was self defense.

These were rioters who decided to attack someone with obvious consequences.

+1 Also if you are saying Kyle should not have been there...why don't you ask yourself why the rioters should not have been there?

Americans love protest, hates riots. You can see the caving of BLM since heavy amount of rioting and destruction.

It was clearly premeditated because he went their with a gun to kill people. White supremacy is bad. Kyle is a murderer and stupid to boot.

Exactly. Not to mention finding out the top leaders were scammers.

It was Rittenhouse who murdered, not the guy with the skateboard.
They were trying to get the gun away from Rittenhouse before he killed anyone else. The guy with the skateboard was acting in self defense.

Yep have to be able to stand your ground specially if the cops are standing around eating doughnuts with the white nationals.

Can they be called “bullet recipients”?

As ever, Republicans are completely off base with their understanding. I don’t get how anyone is defending a stupid 17 year old whose mother drove him and his masculinity replacement murder toy across state lines and basically said “go duck’em up.” He had literally no business being there. He is a murderer. A stupid one, and one with the backing of the white supremacist GOP, but he’s a murderer just the same.

And how tidy do you think it looks to disarm someone? You think it always goes textbook? With all the mass murders that the GOP loves so much, of course people naturally assumed that that ugly little homunculus was there to murder dozens.

There’s no defense for this little dirtbag and there’s even less defense for the people defending him.

No dear. Life doesn’t work that way.

I’m STILL the victim. I just chose NOT to be victimized. If I killed you because you were trying to harm me, that doesn’t mean you’re somehow magically transformed into righteousness just because you’re dead.

It just makes you a dead criminal assailant.

I’m still the victim.

The people Kyle Rittenhouse murdered were trying to rape him? That’s news to me.

Well, to be fair and factual: Rosenbaum was indeed a registered sex offender (pedophile) and Rittenhouse was indeed a minor.

I don’t have much sympathy for convicted pedophiles sorry.

Unfortunately for Kyle, he was seen "brandishing" the weapon which itself is a crime.

It will be interesting to see what happens when the wounded victim is allowed to testify. 10 bucks says the crowd was scared Kyle would start a mass shooting event because he was brandishing and these guys went to disarm him.

^^^ especially when the pedophile Rosenbaum repeatedly yelled “N*****!!” (the N word) over and over on several videos made that night.

Look it up.

Don’t vote Republican in that case. They are totally pro-pedophile.

And last time I checked, vigilantism is still illegal, plus Kyle Rotten had no idea who that was. He could have murdered anyone.

He did not murder anyone. Self defense is not a crime.

As to “he could have murdered anyone” - the same could be said about you, PP. but the fact is: he did not murder anyone, and the only 3 people he shot were all convicted criminals (2 illegally armed) who were attempting to murder a minor.

And why do you insist on injecting politics here?
