The judge didn’t dismiss the case, did he? Barr had to step in rather than let the court sort this out.

I understand that it's gone on for a long time and a bunch of stuff has happened. But when they're posting vigorously but without possession of all the facts, it's hard to have much of a discussion.

Flynn’s call with Kisliak was not an unmasking. Flynn was in the DR at the time Kisliak called him - it was right around the time Obama expelled the Russian ambassadors, which is probably what prompted the call from Kisliak. When both parties are not in the US, the President and only the President can authorize the revealing of the identity of BOTH parties. Timing matters.

Yates described why Flynn's name wasn't minimized. She said this in 2017.
