Whatever annoys nosey ECNL parents the most.

Some people have no idea that their kid is about to be moved from the top team or club. Will probably end up going to GA or other lesser ECNL clubs/teams.

My daughter’s 2010 ECNL team has 5 Q3/4s all would be best players on the 2011 team. Also I know of 5 other 2010 ECNL players at other clubs are all going to tryout for new 11/10 team at my kids club next year. That’s 10 players coming to tryout that I know of.

And parents are obvious their kids have always been on the top ECNL team for my area for a long time and they are about to be swept out.

They are also going SY my daughter’s GA coach said. She just wasn’t sure of the new date they are going to implement.

Multiple people have already stated that this did not occur.

Pretty hilarious because so many parents, especially at the younger ages, think their kids are just naturally gifted or better than their peers, when in reality most cases point to kids who are several months older than their peers. So many parents have never heard of RAE before or even know of the age change news.

Next year SD Surf Girls ECNL will be a zoo as Q3 and Q4 players from other ECNL and GA clubs battle for Surf spots.

They are definitely changing my daughter’s coach said… she just said she wasn’t sure of the date she also didn’t mention a town hall but I guess there was no reason too?

Every club will be flooded ECNL/GA/MLSN

Parents will start realizing what’s happening and going to different clubs until they can find a spot on a clubs top team for the new age group.

To avoid feeding the troll(s), I will say just check with your GA directors/coaches, they already know. Ours do.

Those that have asked, what have been the responses? Did they tell you a cutoff date?

GA is going 8-1 ... it was said on the zoom meeting town hall. I was on it, they didn't hide it and said they had to do it as that is what everyone else did. i've said it a few times on here, someone will come on now and say they didn't say it. but they said it was going to be 8-1 like everyone else. makes sense, anyone that is saying different is just trolling. no reason from them to pick a different date at this point.
