Just want to note on here that last year when Virginia Union announced the merger with BRAVE, Union coaches had meetings with teams and parents to discuss the merger and give them reassurances that not much would change. There were efforts to retain the players for the new FVU. That is not happening this year, at least not on my DD’s team. FVU has said nothing to the players and nothing to the parents. No meeting. Yes, McLean is having a town hall tonight. But FVU isn’t. It’s not even a message of “just trust us”. It’s absolute silence.

Not sure what it means - best guess is that no one is showing leadership and taking charge at FVU or there are too many cooks in the kitchen. You’d think that FVU would be trying to jump on NVA players like Arlington is.

I would hope they are reaching out behind the scenes. NVA teams have some very skilled individual players. They never seem to be able to pull it all together as a team but overall this would make ECNL teams stronger.

well for one, and I know it's not a huge source of current fvu but that bryc pipeline may evivarate overnight
