FYI to the women in this area. This foreign service officer, Brian Jeffrey Raymond (45), just plead guilty in federal court to sexually assaulting and drugging several women in Mexico City where he was deployed. Upon a search of his hard and cloud drives, the FBI found over 400 pictures of nude and drugged women in various apartments.
He's been tasked to 6-7 different countries on behalf of the U.S. government, speaks Spanish/Chinese fluently, and used Ambien+ alcohol to drug his victims from at least 2006. https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/former-us-government-employee-pleads-guilty-sexual-abuse-and-obscenity-offenses-committed Raymond transported these obscene materials, specifically 479 photographs and videos of 20 unconscious and nude or partially nude women, into the United States. While under investigation, Raymond attempted to delete the photographs and videos from his devices and internet accounts and made materially false statements to law enforcement.

His crimes came to light on May 31, 2020 when a woman was seen nude and screaming for help on his balcony in Mexico City. She later reported having no memory of the events, after she consumed drinks and food provided by Raymond, according to the U.S. Justice Department. |

A victim has been confirmed from this area. They met up in Georgetown for their date. He drugged her in her own apartment!
A woman told federal authorities she did not believe she had any sexual contact with Raymond, even kissing. She said she thought at most they hugged. Then, she was shown videos and photos of herself which showed Raymond sexually abusing her, according to an affidavit filed in his case. ... The woman said they met up that day, March 14, 2017, in Dumbarton Oaks Park in Georgetown, drank “juice boxes” of Soju, a Korean liquor, and went to a nearby wine bar. They later went to her apartment, where she poured them each a glass of wine. She said at one point, Raymond went inside to use the restroom, returned with the bottle of wine and refilled their glasses. ... The videos were taken after their second date, and reportedly showed the woman lying on her back, appearing unconscious. Her shirt was pulled up, revealing both her breasts. Probably because its unsettling to realize you have similar tastes to a predator. As for the grad school - yeah I want to know to. He's 45 so if he went straight through the years would have been around 2003 - 2006. |

My guess is it would take at least two Ambiens plus alcohol to do that. Ambien is known to have short-term memory loss as a side effect. |
