Anyone know much about this? I apploaud the spirit but I doubt peititioning providers is going to make a difference short of canceling your subscription.

They are aggregating numbers and platforms as a petition to the carriers. Anyone who opposes personal subsidies for Fox should sign up.

I don’t have cable but I hope people who do have cable sign the petition. Fox is melting people’s brains, and precisely how they do it is well known. Some of the Fox fans who frequent this site would do well to read this.

Eh, I can already not watch FOX and I also don't watch any Sinclair news stations. They are easy to spot, all the women look like stepford anchors in high heels.

There are local news operations in many cities that have higher viewership in certain day parts than CNN does nationwide

I’m not joking when I say that I think some of that reflects the dogged determination of some of its viewer to watch it, but also the fact that it’s like the default channel at nursing homes, auto shops, waiting rooms, etc.

Yes. CNN has tanked in the past few months. MSNBC is not doing much better.
Cable providers know their audiences. They are not going to drop Fox.
