Good. He can wait in jail.

Again can we stop being so mean?

We told enough everyone make a mistake, and he’s going to spend time behind bars, but please stop being mean. I am just going show this link the the lawyer.

So he can do what, exactly?

Okay show it to whomever you want but to do what exactly?
The person is just stating a fact.
The convicted guy will wait in jail because he is denied bond.
You have to understand first amendment.
Do you?

Subpoena DCUM, get the poster’s IP address, identify them, file a frivolous claim for defamation and waste even more of Shahid’s family’s money, of course!

How is it a defamation when it’s a fact

Please do. He’s going to love that you are providing a lot of information for the plaintiffs to use in the civil case against Shahid. Keep going, you’re just adding 0000s to the judgment against Shahid and his parents.

Those poor grieving and suffering parents and families of the girls who were killed and injured; their lives will never be the same. They are traumatized.

Shahid can wait in jail; he turned himself in days (or was it weeks?) after his horrific accident and so this seems justified for the judge to delay any and everything related to his sentencing. Maybe Usman will use this delay to contemplate, ruminate and reflect upon his actions.

WUSA9 has been covering this case pretty well.

Plus the kids in the car that ran away from the accident. They weren't being nice and cooperative.

Disagree. I’ve learned much more from DCUM than channel 9.

The bullying ends now. You’re going to bully a young man / kid and say all the nasty things that were said about him on here .
2nd I will be showing this the lawyer. Fair warning they might arrest whoever is bullying him.
3rd we are all victims no need to bully each other.

Objectively speaking, he's not a kid, he's a legal adult and a convicted killer who did so by behaving in an unambiguously and very voluntarily reckless way.

He furthermore lost the sympathy of the community by first attempting to pass the blame for his lethal recklessness onto an innocent driver, and furthermore not showing any apparent concern for his victims. "Bullying" is not applicable here.

Again he doesn’t have money.

My guess is that the two year delay in the trial gave them plenty of time to sell RE and move assets out of the country. Hence why they might be seemingly living in a mediocre rental apartment.

I don’t know, but when I initially searched up last name Shahid in Fairfax County District Court, there are 100s of pages of Shahids with speeding tickets. Not joking take a look for yourself.

How did he cover $250,000 bail?
