What have you been doing since getting vaccinated?

I've gone to a bakery and gotten a bunch of breads and coffee without worrying whether others are breathing too close to me.

Next up is lingering in the produce section so I can pick that perfect avocado.

What have you been doing without (much) worry since getting a shot?

I went for a haircut and color yesterday in the salon for the first time. Thought I'd be thrilled but stylist hadn't been vaccinated (mind spiral: so then can she somehow pass to me and I pass to my kids), people were so close to me (assistant washing, another stylist discussing color), it felt loud and crowded and I basically panicked. Good times! Next time trying something else

Thanks for the report! I would have felt the same. Maybe I'll give this a pass for a while longer.

Getting my second dose on Wednesday! Once I'm two weeks past that, I'll be getting my nails done for the first time in over a year! I also hope to go to outdoor dining with a friend soon (my first time going to a restaurant since this all started) and go to the beach for a few days this summer.

Me again - I did go into a friend's house now that she and her husband have also been vaxxed. We were chatting outside and it started to rain and then we were like wait, why are we out here again?

Yeah, I’m waiting for a haircut until more people are vaccinated and even then I’m going to start with a vaccinated outdoor haircut with a hairdresser wearing a mask

I have a week of this kind of appt lined up. Get my glasses updated, my hair cut, my teeth cleaned etc.
