How long does it take to love Schitt’s Creek?

Because I’m halfway through season two and it’s still kind of boring to me, slow. My favorite comedies are Veep, Barry, seasons 1-3 of Arrested Development, Curb. And I can watch Cheers or The Golden Girls forever and ever. Help a lady out, is this never going to actually make me laugh?

If you don’t like it after season 2 then it’s probably not for you. I thought the first few episodes were awkward but I got into it halfway through season 1.

Chris Elliott is cringe in a bad way the whole time but that first few episodes are the worst

I’m bored, largely still stuck at home (yes I exercise and get out each day but I’m not vaccinated yet and not traveling until August, for a month at the beach) and my friends love the show. I don’t get what I’m missing!
