I’d love to know all the details while I spend over $12k a year for my kids to be part of the club. Why even take the time to reply with no valuable information?

I'm not the OP but I get responses from the registrar pretty quickly. Would have said the admin before but not sure if there even is a new one yet, haven't seen an annoucnement.

didn't say it was only parents, but it is literally called "dc urban mom" and i agree, the registrar and admin both reply quickly but not sure of new admin

Isn’t a “Director of Soccer Operations and Programs” just a different way of saying “Technical Director”? It would seem they don’t need both, no?

So he quit as the ED to create a position for himself, probably same salary as he's always had. Now no one will blame him, he's only the Director of Operations and Soccer Programs which means he will operate the club and every soccer program in the club...hmmmm very interesting, then what is the ED going to do? If he won't run the club or the soccer programing, what's left?

The new ED, after consultation with the newly created Strategy Director, the person playing work as Administrator and the Technical Director; will come to the conclusion that the new Director of Operations and Soccer Programs is in direct conflict with the ED.
One of the Key responsibilities of the ED is Operational Management, which seems in direct conflict with the Director of Operations and Soccer Programs.
Removal of the Director of Operations and Soccer Programs will save the club over $100k and lower our yearly fees.

Your yearly fees aren’t being lowered no matter what happens. But agree this role makes no sense.

Who gave him this job? The board of directors?
