And if he had rev gen ideas why did he wait until now to use them? He was ED for 8 years.

So instead of 1 person as and at ED salary, now creating new position so have 2 people, 2 salaries and the 2 positions job descriptions read to overlap?

i imagine the new ED will determine all of this? aren't they solely responsible for the club operations?

Club operations seems to be the responsibility of the newly created Director of Soccer Operations and Programs

makes no sense to have an ED then? why are they hiring one?

Will ED report to Head of Operations? Odd they don’t just keep ED as is and hire CFO

ED doesnt report to anyone but BoD per their bylaws
