Is this real or just some antisemitic conspiracy? If it is true, it would be very suspicious.
They, at least Erika I believe, is on video stating this. It’s suspicious in that I honestly don’t know any nonjews remotely interested in going to the ME or Israel. And they went at the exact same time? Why?
Christians make pilgrimages to the Holy Land in droves, are you kidding? That goes for the spectrum of Christians from liberal ones who actually embrace the teachings from the Sermon on the Mount to the evangelical prosperity Christians who believe the Jews and conflict around Israel are the key to Armageddon and the second coming.
Do you actually know many Christians?
Yes I do and maybe two have traveled or have any interest in going to Israel.
To me that's weird. I've attended mostly liberal churches primarily Episcopal but other denominations as well and it seems like every year there were at least a few members of the congregation going to Israel. Being there are Christmastime is particularly attractive to some Christians as a spiritual pilgrimage.
Perhaps it’s weird, but Israel is not a top destination for nonjews. There are probably at least 100 more popular destinations atm.
Right now Israel is not a top destination for anyone, they are at war and have a madman in power.
As to the rest of your comment - I don't think you are properly contextualizing 'top destination' in your assertion. Israel in peacetime may not be a top destination for vacationing, but for spiritual pilgrimage it's quite obviously a top destination because it's the only place on the planet where our Lord Jesus Christ was born, crucified and rose again.
