Dartmouth's reputation - Beware.

I had always been aware of Dartmouth having a fratty reputation, and I know it's had several scandals, but this document which has been making the rounds in some groups my DC is in has me concerned.

I've read through parts of this and some other reddit threads on this exact issue at Dartmouth, and the biggest rebuttal I've seen from Dartmouth grads is simply along the lines of "well it happens at other schools, too."

That's written by a student; why would you give it any credence?

What an odd thing to say. Wouldn't students have the most credibility when commenting on a school's culture?

And it's not just one student, it's several accounts.

No, students are full of themselves and prone to gross exaggeration to get attention. No one is editing this blog. Why would you trust some 18 year old blogger who is pissed off at the world and has SJW myopia? Go and read some read media reports.

Yes. Don’t send your kids there. Talk to your daughter about campus sexual assault and teach your son not to be a giant a hole that rapes girls. One in five college girls are raped. Your sons are not who you think they are.

Dartmouth is a real college, one of the few remaining that caters to smart kids who still want to frat hard and have a real college experience. If you'd rather spend those four years living the SJW life, go to Brown or Wesleyan.

A "Real" college experience does not need Frats. As a matter of fact most of them are breading grounds for entitled jerks.

Your post is just ridiculous.

Haters gonna hate. That student author would have been miserable wherever she went

Dartmouth grads coming out in full force to protect their dear alma mater by victim-shaming and blame-shifting in 3, 2, 1... oh, never mind, looks like it's already happened.
