1) DOJ guidelines prevent Mueller charging a crime to a sitting president

2) The president is not exonerated

3) Our country was attacked

4) the obstruction was material to the investigation

5) This is now in the hands of the Congress

I understood it. He’s making a case for impeachment. No worries. We have the goods on Mueller. Barr got him re: Bulger and will get him again

Why are you not familiar with this?

Why do you keep bringing it up when it has nothing to do with the President's crimes.

If Mueller was willing to lie and keep four innocent men in jail to protect the FBI in the Bulger case, his current credibility is tainted

Zerohedge, we're almost Breitbart.

I grew up in MA. I filled this case and remember it well

This cannot be repeated enough.

Were Trump supporters here watching something different?

And yet, this is still different from, "We found the President committed a crime, but we cannot charge him."

What you posted is basically what Mueller said. He is leaving it to the Congress because it is their job.

impeachment? lol

acquittal

House of Reps impeaches (Ds) . Senate is the "court" (Rs).

If the Senate wants to acquit the President based on the evidence that will be presented, then the GOP will risk losing the Senate for a generation. Go for it.

Listen, moron - Stating a truth isn't gloating! It's just hysterical, however, how people are indeed living in a bubble.

two years of investigations when they KNEW the rules - You can't indict a sitting president! Nixon! hello! anyone home?

So if they want to impeach, they can. But considering how tight the Rs are - refusing to go against party line - he'll be acquitted.

sorry if the truth hurts - And no, I didn't vote for him, but yes, I am an independent and former D. So there you have it - the ability to look at both sides.

He is not able to say why not; just as he didn’t say they did not find things which were not there!

Don’t you get that??!?

I think people forget that Republicans were a solid wall of support for Nixon, too, at the start of Watergate. Public hearings and the airing of evidence moved public opinion, which then moved enough Republicans to side with the Democrats.

If you doubt this would happen with Trump, take a look at what happened at Justin Amash's town hall meeting last night.
