10 instances of obstruction but this obstruction doesn't meet the evidentiary standard because the intent wasnt to subvert justice it was to subvert politics (paraphrasing).

Yes. This is a massive violation of the law. Rudy is a private citizen with no security clearance. He has no business viewing grand jury reports and he does not hold a government security clearance.

Also I just read that Australia will be releasing some documents they were withholding until the Mueller investigation was finished.

PAGE 182!!! Mueller says that this report does NOT exonerate the president. He also says that Congress still has ability to find that he obstructed justice.

Mueller chose to not subpoena Trump because it would delay the investigation and they already had plenty of evidence.

This suggests that Mueller wanted to end the investigation so it could be sent to Congress since they are the ones with the power to act against Trump.
