This cannot be repeated enough.

Were Trump supporters here watching something different?

And yet, this is still different from, "We found the President committed a crime, but we cannot charge him."

What you posted is basically what Mueller said. He is leaving it to the Congress because it is their job.

impeachment? lol

acquittal

House of Reps impeaches (Ds) . Senate is the "court" (Rs).

You are gloating that a Russian puppet is gonna go scot free. It’s what america has come down to. The fake patriots who are brainwashed by Australian channel love a conman installed as a puppet by Putin.

Listen, moron - Stating a truth isn't gloating! It's just hysterical, however, how people are indeed living in a bubble.

two years of investigations when they KNEW the rules - You can't indict a sitting president! Nixon! hello! anyone home?

So if they want to impeach, they can. But considering how tight the Rs are - refusing to go against party line - he'll be acquitted.

sorry if the truth hurts - And no, I didn't vote for him, but yes, I am an independent and former D. So there you have it - the ability to look at both sides.

I think people forget that Republicans were a solid wall of support for Nixon, too, at the start of Watergate. Public hearings and the airing of evidence moved public opinion, which then moved enough Republicans to side with the Democrats.

If you doubt this would happen with Trump, take a look at what happened at Justin Amash's town hall meeting last night.

It's not going to happen. More importantly, which R is willing to go up against Trump in 2020? crickets . . .

So instead of wallowing in pity, move on. I'm not living in this "woe is me" environment. Push to get the best D up against Trump and hope for the best.

But again, if immigration isn't addressed in a thorough manner, he's back! The Ds are weak here.

back again

regarding Congress and who's ruling HR and Senate . . .

same for Clinton, right? He battled Rs and was still acquitted. However, back then Ds were much more moderate. You cannot recognize Ds today. That's why I am emphasizing someone who can bring both sides together - and I'd go for a moderate R, too! - but this someone has to address immigration.

We are very divided. totally polarized at this point - So no, I don't believe he'd be impeached.

It sounds like you're willing to look the other way on extreme corruption and incompetence for the sake of immigration. Pretty sad.

Old enough to remember when it was “Total Exoneration!” not “insufficient evidence”

I was shocked he wrote that.

Next up:
“It was just a little obstruction.”

“Ok. It was a lot of obstruction but totally justified!”

The Dems should run on ethics and voting the criminal out of office. The rest of the GOP are Trump’s bootlicks and support criminality.

Notice how Mueller won't testify and the Dems won't subpoena him to do so....

Furthermore, Barr DID testify under oath and stated Mueller told him that not being able to indict a sitting president had no weight re: the evidence.

lol! What do you expect me to do? rally in the streets?

What are YOU doing?

The decision is clear. There are guidelines we follow. They didn't work the way you assumed they would. So you're angry. tought

Move on. It's this unhealthy obsession with "what is" that keeps the Ds stuck. Find your D candidate and push on.

But yes, if we ignore immigration, he's in.

When Democrats proceed with impeachment proceedings, Mueller will be forced to testify under oath. No one cares about his ill health.
