Virginia to implement nighttime curfew starting Monday

Mandatory nighttime curfew goes into effect on Monday. No one is allowed out after curfew. Northam might be unpopular, but he understands what needs to be done to stop this.

Keeps businesses closed, so people don’t have any excuse to be outside at night. Allows for violators to be arrested.

Maryland implemented a curfew a few weeks ago. It did nothing to blunt the surge.

We need stay-at-home orders, and we've needed them for some time.
