What if Biden does not bow out?

Biden literally called for Trump to be in the bullseye five days ago.

He is toast.

Dems need someone else.

That's a lie.

I don't care. I know his cognitive and physical decline is past the threshold to keep the Presidency. Being President isn't about the fluff you say after an event. It's about responding the right way during the event - when that 3am call arrives. Biden cannot deal with that. And neither can Trump. This is why we absolutely need Kamala Harris or someone else (anyone!) who is younger and can make a rational decision when hauled out of bed at 3am.

God goodness' sakes, people. Focus.

It’s widely reported tonight. Wake up.

I disagree with this approach. Fear because of Biden’s condition is what caused this assassination attempt. He needs to step down immediately so a viable candidate can step in.

Nonsense. You have absolutely zero evidence to suggest "Biden's condition" caused this assassination attempt.

Nope. The effort to replace Biden is over. I know that will disappoint many in corporate donor class, but the world changed tonight. The pettiness of the “replace Biden” effort just looks so small and foolish in light of this political earthquake. Time to grow up, folks.

Biden’s a class act. He has my vote! The economy is wonderful.

All the news that fits, prints, is actually running with that story so indeed, wake up.

Can't find anything to substantiate it anywhere.

Meanwhile, it's being reported that the rooftop shooter had an upside-down American flag as a patch, similar to how Alito flew one outside of his house. That's far more a hallmark of the far right than it is of the far left. For all we know he was a far-right extremist who was unhappy with Trump. Maybe someone angry he was distancing himself from their Project 2025?

Obviously. But also obvious, the calls for Biden to step down, and the rising numbers for Trump in the polls has increased feelings of desperation by non-Trump supporters. This is just common sense.

That's what RW pundits are claiming yet I can't find a video clip of Biden saying it.

Also, shooter used an AR-type rifle, favorite of the far right.

Did you watch Biden’s address tonight? He was a source of stability and said all the right things.

Bless your heart. It was a two minute teleprompter read. Text written by someone else. Easy peasy.

I will vote for Biden if he's a skeleton on a string. It's his administration and its policies that I'm voting for. I'd never vote to increase burning of fossil fuels, put immigrants in concentration camps, resign from NATO, and do all the fascist things that Project 2025 calls for, which Trump will put in place during his first day as a dictator. Biden is our candidate, and the Democrats should rally around our candidate to prevent that felon-pedophile-rapist to ever hold power in our country again.

Where did you hear this? I have heard nothing about the shooter.
