Skinny Minnie women how do you maintain your figure?

I eat really healthy and workout. I’m normal looking. I want that super skinny Kate Middleton look. How do you achieve it?

It's genetic. Don't kill yourself trying to look like me. I don't kill myself to look like this. I do all the regular things like only drinking water, not eating snacks, reasonable portion sizes, being active, etc.

But after my babies were born I ate whatever, and still lost weight. When I was busy at work and not working out, I didn't gain. It's just genetics.

Genetics. I have two kids and bounce back to my weight in about 6 months. I’m currently eating a baguette with butter and preserves on it for lunch but I actually do normally eat a really healthy diet. I do exercise on my peloton but even if I didn’t, I would look exactly the same.

I was always really too thin until about 21. It took me a lot to get to my current weight (110 lbs, 5’5) but hovered at 100 lbs for so long and personally didn’t like the look. I think I look much healthier now.

I don't eat. No, just kidding. But I don't enjoy the things I eat. I eat very healthy, low carb meals. Black coffee/tea only. No soda, no chocolate, no sugary drinks, no dessert, no fun basically. Once every 2-3 weeks, I'll let myself have a latte from starbucks or something else I'm craving but that's it. I also workout 3-4 times a week.

There's no secret, just suck the fun out of eating!

I'm 34 and have had an eating disorder since I was 17. Obviously not bragging but answering honestly. Most people would probably never know, I hide it well. I've had friends comment about how lucky I am that I eat what I eat and remain skinny. I had DH fooled for years.

Why do you want to look like that?

I'm 5'7 and 120 lbs. Not sure if I qualify as a "skinny minnie" in your eyes because I'm certainly not as thin as Kate Middleton but I would say slender.

Anyway, I do count calories. I know it's not true for everyone but the stuff that people say about it being "90% diet" is true for me.

Genetics sorry. My parents are both obese but I take after my skinny Minnie auntie

Me again. Unlike the PPs, I do eat. I have coffee with milk and sugar every day (usually 3). Cookies, chocolate, pie, fruit, etc. I have a sweet tooth. But it's a balance.

Kate Middleton is on an extreme diet. Look at how she used to look before her wedding.

Some women it's genetic. Others truly don't eat. My mother-in-law is skinny. She does not eat. Simple.

Why do you want to be that skinny?

Google says Kate Middleton is 5’ 9” and 199 pounds. Wonder if that weight is accurate?

As most have said op, it’s genetics for the vast majority.

It's either genetic or consistent substantial calorie restriction -- they don't eat.

Why would you want to look like that, if it's not your body type?

Just had a baby but by 6 months I'll be 5 3 and 110 lbs.
