“There was insufficient evidence to [charge] a larger conspiracy.” - Mueller on Trump-Russia collusion. That’s very different than stating there was no conspiracy. |
In your dreams. MOVE ON!!!!!! |
Gosh, no jail time for The President? Sh*t. You Liberals are insufferable. |
I heard that the President committed a crime. Why? Because Mueller said he was not allowed to charge the President regardless of what he did. Also, that if the President was innocent, he would have said so. And he didn't. |
"Regarding obstruction of justice, we could not clearly state the definitive innocence or guilt of the President. Nor would the justice system be the appropriate venue for such determination while a President is in office."
-Mueller Duh, impeachment is the only venue to determine guilt or innocence of the POTUS. Mueller stated he would declare innocence, if the POTUS was innocent. |
“If we had confidence that the president did not commit a crime, we would have said so.”
--Mueller |
Amazing you people didn't understand what Mueller said.
1) DOJ guidelines prevent Mueller charging a crime to a sitting president 2) The president is not exonerated 3) Our country was attacked 4) the obstruction was material to the investigation 5) This is now in the hands of the Congress |
And he didn't. Ergo.... |
I understood it. He’s making a case for impeachment. No worries. We have the goods on Mueller. Barr got him re: Bulger and will get him again |
Over on Fox, Bret Baier calls Mueller's statement "striking" and notes it was "not anywhere clear cut" as AG Bill Barr initially characterized it.
"In fact, it was almost the opposite," Baier said. |

Shocked, shocked that Barr’s initial characterization was totally wrong. |
Robert Mueller: "As set forth in the report, after that investigation, if we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so."
This cannot be repeated enough. Were Trump supporters here watching something different? |
Where’s the impeachment, you fools? |
Now why would Mueller testify under oath as opposed to give this speech? |
