Fairfax County Double Murder

Another poster said that they have seen BB and au pair riding bikes around the neighborhood with the daughter.

I don't think anyone can remove the daughter before the father has been charged with a crime.

Unless something has changed since the 13th, she was still living at home with her father and the AP.

Is anyone able to access the Websleuths thread?

That's why he let her have access to his gun, he was trying to show off. That's why he took the blame for her, she was young, scared, and from another country. He didn't think there would be an issue since it was a "home invasion..." Blah, blah blah.

Hopefully there is forensic or digital evidence that would completely foreclose a version of events like this. Would be interesting if some sort of GPS tracking on his phone for his car to see what route it took that morning.

And if CB was drugged that would presumably show up on an autopsy and totally contradict the home invasion story line?

LE debunked the home invasion story line the day of the murders. Said no sign of forced entry. LE calls both CB and JR victims. They have JR's electronics proving he was invited. No home invasion.

It's now the AP's mother in Brazil trying to sell that discredited idea. And that her social climbing DD, charged with second degree MURDER, "wouldn't hurt a fly." Uh huh. JR would beg to differ, if, you know, he was alive.

Most of the posts have been deleted. They require a link a news source. All the posts of neighbors, re: the funeral, from friends of Joe, are gone. Some were discussed on the first, now locked, thread here.

Yep, that is my fear. JR was the original fall guy. But AP is the back up just in case.

Was she petite? This Brazilian who married an old fossil of a white man was taller than him and a complete B.

She doesn't look petite in the photos.

Women are less likely to stab anyone to death and are likely matched in strength by another woman. AP is not the stabber, LE charged her as the shooter.

Really unproductive thread derail topic imho. She's short, as was CB.

Looks like AP’s lawyer just entered the conversation. Welcome!

Far from it I think it's a shame VA does not have the death penalty for these 2.

Stabbing is a very different crime than shooting is just a fact, it is a lot more visceral, requires more strength, etc. Far easier to pull a trigger, which is in fact, what she has been CHARGED with.

The stabbing and stabber have yet to be charged.

2 crimes = 1 each = code of silence

true wuv only gets you so far

Thanks, I meant can anyone literally access it today. I can’t for some reason which is weird because I haven’t posted there.

How can it not be clear who did the stabbing??? Isn’t that a pretty easy thing to determine? He could not have burned his clothes and showered before police arrived. And even then, police would be looking for any signs of a clean up, right? Between that and all the phone and internet data, I’m just so puzzled why this has been hard.

Oh, I’m pretty sure the forensic shows who did the stabbing. But if you have listened ANDin detail to the law-enforcement press conferences/interviews over the past week, they want to make sure they have solid evidence because you only have one chance to convict. They need to have motive, as well as The evidence of who did it.

Adding on, law-enforcement, very clearly said that this case is complicated in relationship based. They need to have all their ducks in a row for what BB’s motive was, in case CB was having a sexual relationship with JR. There’s a big difference between contacting someone a first-°, second-degree, or manslaughter.

Ok, thank you. I want the biggest punishment possible so I’ll be patient.

Why do you think BB would have been clothed if he stabbed CB? Why do you think he would have necessarily been covered in blood? Iirc Robert Wone's body had very little blood on it. I think some people thought it had been showered and dressed post-mortem, but that doesn't make a that much sense to me. And lots of blood had been recovered from inside RW's body, so I guess bleeding can be more internal than external? And when Jeffrey MacDonald slaughtered his family and then stabbed himself in the chest to make it appear he had been attacked, he bled very little as well. So I've always thought that not all wounds cause huge bloody messes.
