Still wrong though. A kid might have skipped 2 grades in school but wants to play on a lower level in club.

I wasn't the one for force ups, following grades and letting parents pick age groups and in the DMV, they didn't happen.

They are referring to the same graduating class participating together in high-level tournament cups and college showcase matches. Forcing a couple percent of kids to play up from one month doesn't move the needle. Aug kids probably represent about 10 percent of kids misaligned.
