It's getting crazy up in here. |
| It's the summer heat. Makes people do dumb stuff. |
| Eh everyone who lives there is probably in the Hamptons now anyway. |
| Funny they didn’t do that in Kalorama where Obama, Ivanka, and Bezos live. |
| Good. |
. You really think this is ok? You people are out of your minds. I’d have called the police so fast your head would spin. |
|
Well it's a protest.
I assume anyone who can afford to live there either has soundproofing, a white noise generator in their bedroom,.or is on vacation. Anyone here woken up? |
How I wish we could go back to normal times when Obama was in office. |
|
I n light of the protests, looting and violence that has occurred over the last three months, during a Fox News interview, Greater New York Black Lives Matter president Hawk Newsome was asked what his hoped to achieve through violence.
"Wow, it’s interesting that you would pose that question like that, because this country is built upon violence," he said. "What was the American Revolution, what’s our diplomacy across the globe? We go in and we blow up countries and we replace their leaders with leaders who we like. So for any American to accuse us of being violent is extremely hypocritical." "I said if this country doesn’t give us what we want, then we will burn down this system and replace it. All right? And I could be speaking … figuratively. I could be speaking literally. It’s a matter of interpretation." I guess this is normal and will go on forEver. I wonder what will replace the current system. |
| I'm so done with these protests. |
It's pretty amazing that we haven't gotten to this point a lot sooner. If a police officer ever murdered my son, husband, brother, father there's be hell to pay. |
Well that was a grammatical fail. Sorry. "It's pretty amazing that we hadn't gotten to this point a lot sooner. If a police officer ever murdered my son, husband, brother, father -- there'd be hell to pay." |
Your chances of that happening are about 1 in 100 million, so don't get your panties in a bunch. Now, if you are talking a justified shooting, your chances are much higher. |
Imagine thinking this excuses extrajudicial killings. What else do you apply this logic to? "Oh, stop making such a big deal about a few hundred pills tainted with cyanide that the pharmaceutical manufacturer knew about and shipped anyway, don't you realize they shipped millions of pills that didn't kill people?!" "I don't get why you're so upset about that judge literally selling kids into slavery by taking money from private prisons in exchange for bogus convictions, there were even more kids shipped off who actually did commit crimes!" "It's fine that this company dumped toxic waste in a poor neighborhood, think of all the barrels of cancer-causing sludge they stored properly!" |
| Is this group allergic to protest permits? If so, they dont actually want to make a better, free society. If they did they would use one of many mechanisms for lawfully sharing viewpoints. |
