It is noted that Iran wants the strait tolls paid in their currency now, rials, not crypto. This was a sticking point for trump and kushner, who profit from crypto.
These Iranians are smart.

Maybe they are smart, certainly the Americans have been unbelievably DUMB. Dangerously dumb. Absolutely shockingly dumb.

It’s fine for the US to close Cuba’s and Venezuela’s waters, and it’s fine for Israel to close Gaza’s waters, but if Iran blocks the countries that waged war against it from the Strait Of Hormuz, that’s unacceptable?

TO BE CLEAR: Iran closed the strait to many countries that had absolutely nothing to do with this war. Made it unsafe to transit, due to mines that they placed irresponsibly and lost track of. Caused shipping interests to lose insurance coverage. And is now trying to extort heavy tolls while having provided nothing in return other than safe passage, like the Mafia. They are waging economic warfare on countries that did nothing to them.

Were they doing this before the war? No.

This is ALL TRUMP'S FAULT

1. There was no problem until trump attacked for literally no reason.
2. Strait was closed for safety reasons initially.
3. When USA committed war crimes on day one, Iran demanded reparations. China paid USA debt to the families of the murdered girls.
4. USA destroyed the mine laying and mine removal ships. That was a dumb move if anyone wanted them removed.
5. Usa owes Iran a lot, usa destroyed lives and businesses. This is the only way they see to make usa pay. They tried to give usa a way out - release frozen assets - but USA won’t do it.
6. Iran hopes the rest of the world will hold trump accountable, and get the reparations they deserve.

Absolutely.

Now countries in Europe and Asia will have to pay a double toll. They are frantically calling the White House right about now.
Everyone is furious at Trump.

Let's take bets on how long this goes until he TACOs.

The gulf states depend on food shipments. Without shipments being allowed there will be starvation and food riots. Trump has f’ed up here.

So the United States is going to blockade Kuwait, Iraq, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia from exporting oil, liquefied natural gas, and fertilizer to the world. Yeah, we’re really making friends here. The rest of the world is going to despise us. Great job America.

There are absolutely no mines in the strait. If there were mines ships would have hit the mines. The US has said there are no miners in the straits and to prove this sent two $2 billion destroyers in to the strait. These destroyers would have been sunk if there were mines in the strait.

He was on board with toll booth idea as long as it was crypto- but when kushner got wind of iran charging in their own currency (not petroleum dollar, not crypto), he walked out and threw a fit. Now it’s unacceptable because trumps can’t profit.

Apparently those ships passed by hugging coast of Oman, which is highly unusual and not the norm.
Uk 🇬🇧 s sending minesweepers.

Why is there no massive protest against this war? How did we all not go out in the streets the minutes he started talking about bombing an entire civilization?

Why is everyone so quiet?
