Two points it shows: 1. There is clearly visible space between the car and both ice agents legs when the first shot is fired. And 2. The agents left the scene after the shooting.

And fled the scene. They must have made up the hospital story to give cover to the fact that he left.

My sister has been prosecutor for nearly 20 years and has investigated and cleared officer involved shootings and she agrees, this was not a justified use of force.

The execution of a U.S. citizen by government authorities is three stories down and a mealy-mouthed headline about reports being “at odds.” So much for the fourth estate holding government accountable.

You need to watch the other video of the front angle of the ICE agent standing in front of the car and when she takes off hits him. That same agent was dragged down the street eight months ago by a car.

Guns were also drawn VERY quickly. No attempt at de-escalation for a person partially blocking the road.

Yes, this is what we all saw. The officer was clear of the vehicle and no longer in harm's way when he fired three shots at the driver's head. Inexperienced gun carrying street cop wannabes are a recipe for disaster.
