Had a long list of girl names that I know were not right such as
Cassandra Daphne Maisy Jacqueline But I regret possibly not naming DD3 Gwendolyn. We named her Juliette but sometimes I think about what if her name was Gwendolyn. For a boy it would be Wesley. Love the name Never had a boy |

Harriet - Love the nn Hattie but wasnt 100% about Harriet; v occasionally I regret not going for it so we named DD's doll Hattie 
Charlotte - Love the nn Lottie but Charlotte is too popular for my taste. I am very glad bc now its ranked 4th most popular Arden - cute name, liked the Celtic meaning, seemed slightly strivery |

I love this list! My mother's name is _____ Mae Hudson. I ended up naming my 1at daughter Hudson and 2nd daughter May. (I like the spelling better.) This was the agreement I made with my husband: I got to pick the first names if I agreed to give our kids his last name. Plus I honor my mom forever. |
