Lol. I'm a nanny myself and parents have the right to have someone masked in their home or let them go. There's no violation here. I myself have a cleaner who comes once a month and so far still hesitant on the vaccine so still wears a mask. If she didn't, I'd stop having her over. |

| i would never hire a nanny during pandemic, or keep one, and would absolutely require vaccination before hiring a nanny now. I know a family who let go of their nanny in March 2020 for the fear of exposure and the nanny has been collecting unemployment, so she was fine, and no one was stressed out about the other potentially giving them covid. |
