If he was actually standing on the WH lawn being filmed in the middle of the day he would have been visible to other cameras:

Is the implication here that he's actually on a respirator? Can't talk? Can't walk? Trying to figure out what the point is. I'm hearing him on Hannity now and I think he coughed once? Coughing is good actually - it's a natural reflex to clear the lungs and airway.

Yeah, I know — I’ve lived here for 15 years. But people would notice him standing there on the lawn.

The implication is that he says he's fine but we don't really know. Is he? Maybe? Maybe not? He's not on a respirator, beyond that, it's not clear.
