It is absolutely a green screen in today’s video, you can tell by how crisp his outline is against the heavily blurred background. Also, if you watch the vegetation in the upper right corner closely, you can see the background video loop every few seconds.

But it’s a lie. It’s a lie to pretend he’s on the WH lawn when he’s not - as noted above, reporters would have caught that whole show being moved out on to the lawn. So if he’s not outside and wasn’t recently, when did he film this? Did he spend several minutes a few days ago doing this? We don’t know how he is, we don’t know how severe his covid is, we just don’t know because this administration lies to us, constantly. This is a real issue, even if it’s not the largest issue.

Yeah, Project Lincoln has been pointing out that he hasn't been seen in person in X amount of hours. Something is definitely up.

If he IS fine then you don't need doctored videos.
