I have cousins Ana Carolina and Ana Christina. Very hard to tell them apart when they were little and they were always dressed the same. Now they couldn’t be different and one goes by Carol and the other by Chris, so it’s not as bad.

Luke and Leah

Leo and Theo

April, May and June triplets

My grandma also named a couple of her kids Michael and Michelle.

So what? I know at least 4 sets of siblings with those names. Why is that weird?

They're like the same name! I can do one better with a sib set. I know - Michael, Michelle, and Micaela.

I taught Mia and Miah, never got straight which was pronounced which way.

I did also have a student who’s legal name was Orange Jello [Smith]. College student, so I’m sure it was his own doing.

25+ years of teaching HS and college, I’ve seen some names

Recently? I know a set in elementary now. I don’t understand why you’d do that, especially with that spelling. Mia and Maya would still be bad but slightly less confusing.
