I know a Faith and Hope, and while I know that’s common I still find it cheesy.

Dogs are Boston and Brooklyn.

I have a friend named Gary whose twin brother is Larry, but they were born in the 50s when that type of thing was more common.

I have a HS friend who named her twins Christian and Christine.

I don't know any twins (they're all adults, and one set of toddler twins) with weird matchy rhyming names. They all have completely different names.

Not twins, but two other sets of two siblings close in age:

Bambi and Candi (stripper pole extra)
Antony and Anthony, who had birthdays exactly 1 year apart
