A lot of them do, but they’re expensive and people often turn them into rooms to get more indoor space. Lots are small, square footage is at a premium. |
well his bill is back to the drawing board, however I'm sure it won't get slashed nearly enough to thwart a crisis. I actually think he's going to go down as a disaster who makes inflation worse, but he is not the cause of inflation. The entire planet is experiencing this. It takes strong leadership to have the guts to try to battle inflation and both idiot parties who you idiots keep voting for will continue on this path of self destruction. |
That's what we spent for the same size porch with vinyl windows, earlier this year. The porch is amazing- you won't regret it if you have the $$. |

Yes that seems like a good price. |
Because of zip code. It;'s artificially high. I guarantee if you live in upper MC or somewhere similar in VA, your price will be drastically different. |
Why are you responding to old thread? The price is so much different than OP’s which was at the beginning of the pandemic. |
| That’s what we paid 15 years ago. |
| Anyone have repair person recommendations for a trex deck that has wood rot? It needs the wood replaced. |
Maybe start a new thread? No one will see your question here. |
If it’s trex it’s not wood |
There’s wood under the trex. Something hand to hold up the deck. |
| sounds like you simply can't afford it OP. I'm not sure what you were expecting. |
| I read the first post and thought “those prices are very competitive!!” Then I realized the post was five years old, and a brutal five years at that |
