Her daughter will also get a book deal out of it and a brand.

She'll reinvent herself to play the evil, scheming, looks so sweet villain. Haha.

Two years post-release will be in 7 years. By then she'll have been off television for nearly a decade.

Trust me, no one will care about her want a reality show from her.

You care enough to post and someone cares enough to watch the Full House reboot. Someone will care again in a decade. DCUM doesn’t even begin to represent the actual world.

Full House reboot was canceled...

It had 5 seasons. I was shocked.

This whole thing was just so breathtakingly stupid.

I certainly wouldn't be going to jail over USC.

I mean...if your kid can't hack it in an education, spend your millions on making her a television star. Easy-peasy.

Proof ?

Lots of Hollywood celebs go to jail and come back bigger and better and a ton of curious and renewed fan base.
Martha Stewart, Lindsey Lohan, Paris Hilton, Downey Jr, etc.

Lol what a basket case you are. Martha Stewart doesn't even own her namesake company which was sold at a price valuation significantly lower than what it once was. Lindsey Logan and Paris Hilton ??? Are you serious ? Loool

Reread what you wrote. You sound like a complete nut. None of these ppl are poor. They got to remain rich and keep getting richer. They will never be poor. And you forgot to mention Robert Downy. He was basically the face of Marvel! If he can bounce back like that than anyone can.

You're painfully naive to think the show business reserves the same fate to men and women, especially when one of the women being discussed is some horse faced criminal. She wasn't on anybody's must watch list before the scandal and she certainly won't be after the scandal. Her age isn't helping matters. As for remaining rich who cares ? This is a business built on image and reputation. You have no clue what you're mouthing off

Spoken by someone who clearly knows absolutely nothing about Felicity Huffman or her husband. If looks mattered as much as you claim neither would be famous and neither nominated for numerous awards or won any. You can keep claiming whatever you want to happen but reality keeps shutting you down. And who cares about remaining rich?! Rich ppl care! Duh. You only wanted to point out Lindsey Lohan, Paris Hilton, and Martha but guess what...you still know who they are. They are still in entertainment news. Martha has several shows on, a food delivery service and ppl still like her. I get it, it sucks bc you wanting someone to fail and then they make a come back. Reputation in the entertainment business is laughable and that just proves how silly you actually are.

I know enough about Felicity and her husband to know that they both look like GOD was distracted when making them . She's never and will never win an Oscar . I'm not the poster who brought Martha Stewart's name but Martha is and has always been an entrepreneur which requires a level of intelligence horse-faced huffmann doesn't have. However , to pretend that post-jail Martha is the same as pre-jail is the height of idiocy. Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan are pushing 40 and are reduced to hosting parties at euro trashy clubs . They never had any discernable talent to begin with .

I mean...OJ was getting all sorts of opportunities that the average kid doesn't get. Nothing was preventing LL and Moss from pulling strings for them.

OJ didn't need to go to USC to hang out on a party yacht. We all know darned well she wasn't there to study - in fact, she has pretty much said straight out that she wasn't there to study.

The whole thing is just so incredibly stupid. These parents were affluent, famous, well connected people with solid careers. I just can not fathom their reasoning. It seems like pure, blind greed on their part. Taking something because they can.

NP . Greed? yes! vanity? absolutely . You'd be surprised at the role that vanity plays in putting people in sketchy predicaments

I think this will end Felicity Huffman’s career. No one wants the association. Hollywood is very sensitive after Weinstein.

Yup. Assuming that someone wants to cast her in a role after her prison stint, i'm curious to know what reasoning they'll come up with. Heaven forbid they use the 'second chance' angle, considering the throngs of struggling actresses waiting tables in Los Angeles while waiting for their breakthrough it would certainly to the kind of PR nightmare very few have the appetite to put up with.

Her best bet is reality tv, writing a book, doing the talk show circuit and being a hired speaker.

I'm not seeing her getting acting roles.

Lori Loughlin has effed her life up beyond repair. She'll wind up in a trailer park with Tonya Harding.

I think William H Macy has enough clout that FH can work again if she wants. Plus she can act. She may be "B" list to DCUM but she has craft and can play different roles really well. Now I totally think Aunt Becky is screwed because she isn't a great actor and 100 percent counted on Hallmark to make her living. And hallmark won't ever work with her again. That said she can so the reality route and sell out just to make a few more bucks. I don't think either will divorce though. I think both husbands knew what was going out. WHM got lucky because she did all the grunt work and signing of checks but I am positive he knew what was going on.

+1 Totally agree.

No one equates what Felicity Huffman did with what Weinstein did. For every parent clutching their pearls on here about how terrible it was to doctor SAT scores, there’s one wondering “hmm how do I find someone who can do that for my kid”.

I feel a case could be made that Singer really conned these families. He came recommended, and had serious credentials. He worked these families and milked them for a fortune. He Conned them into thinking their kids wouldn’t be admitted without paying him.
FH decided to put this behind her and that’s fine, but she had a case. So does LL.
The isn’t a win by any stretch for the prosecution. They originally came out saying they wanted possible decades of prison time. The judge came back and said no. The judge pretty much stated that the court ( for better or worse) doesn’t consider this crime to be theft from other students. So the persecution comes back from saying they wanted FH to serve at least a year to 30 days? And they they didn’t even get that! Not a win for the prosecution...
Sure FH got snubbed for an Emmy... let’s just see what the Hollywood Foreign press has to say in the winter. I’d wager she’s up for a globe. Everyone loves a comeback.

Np it may not be the same level as 'WhaleStein' but she's going to federal prison. Nobody goes to federal prison for being an innocent debutante .
