I used to finish eating at 7pm and not start again until 7Am that worked for years.

I’ve started weight training and can do a 12-14 hour fast pretty easily. Has anyone tried Noom? I have about 10-15 pounds to lose.

I meditated, and reflected on why I found comfort in eating. Once I figured that out, I was able to break the connection between food and comfort. The weight fell off extremely fast afterwards, and has never come back. No dieting, no counting calories, no sacrificing anything. I still eat everything I did before. It's just that I don't overeat, because I don't have a reason to anymore.

Agree with finding your why. If you don't have a deeply rooted reason to get healthier, then whatever you choose won't be sustainable. Giving up entire food groups (carbs, meat, dairy) and saying I CAN'T have certain things works for me (I recognize that it doesn't for others).

First thing I had to do was give up wine and margaritas (my faves!), cold turkey.

Keto works for me. I've been low carb/keto for the past 7 years and have kept off 100 lbs. I re-gained about 30 lbs when I was falling in love/getting married. Went back to strict keto/no alcohol and lost it.

I also workout every day because I absolutely love it and it's my "me time."

You have to be creative with food, try different things, and give yourself room for error. Sounds cheesy, but you only fail when you stop trying. It's a constant journey.

Hi guys!
I'm new to this forum and actually come here to share my story with you, in hope that it will help some of you too I also struggled to lose weight (had 40 pounds to lose) after my second pregnancy and tried all kinds of diets and programs, spent a lot of money and nothing ever worked for me (because I really love food!).
6 moths ago I gave a chance to this program and tbh didn't have my hopes high (but it was cheap, I think around 30$). But it was really easy to follow and the pounds were just disappearing. I already noticed difference in 2 weeks. So now after 6 months I lost 30 pounds and I have much more energy. I really hope that it will help some of you too, at least it's worth a try
