[/quote] I meditated, and reflected on why I found comfort in eating. Once I figured that out, I was able to break the connection between food and comfort. The weight fell off extremely fast afterwards, and has never come back. No dieting, no counting calories, no sacrificing anything. I still eat everything I did before. It's just that I don't overeat, because I don't have a reason to anymore.[/quote]
