Looks like a good quality hire and a new position that was not previously held at the club. Seems that there may be at least one more DOC since he is only U13 and above.

Not a waste of time but a waste of the parents money which is how the club is funded. Let’s be realistic with these types of organizations. They aren’t are nonprofits. They are just a money making operations to line the pockets of those at the top.

I do not believe in the state of VA that anything would be enforceable against SYC directly. Sounds like a fishing expedition.
