That’s wrong. On the spectrum of nominees, he wasn’t that conservative. I’ve read each of his opinions. Moderate conservative. If anything he was making some conservatives queasy. The moderate is Hardiman, pushed by Trump’s sister apparently.

Wow, that’s close to 300 opinions, assuming you include dissents and concurrences. Did you read them for work or on your own? And on what issues do you find BK moderate (and compared to whom)?

The Sentinel article stated as much. It said Montgomery Co “investigators” are aware of additional allegations, but the MC PD has not had a formal complaint filed. Perhaps the allegations were brought before the DAs office or similar?

I don't know about the other potential nominees, but Kavanaugh's appeal wasn't his "conservatism." (I'm not sure "conservative" has any meaning since Trump -- or really, since Gingrich.) Kavanaugh is part of the Republican team. He might not be reliably conservative, but he will for damn sure be reliably partisan.
