Kim Cattrall SJP feud

Did Kristen Davis send a tweet? I would think tweeting in this situation would be inappropriate.

That’s the point. To me. They all know how to get in touch with Kim privately.

That's how I feel when people announce deaths on FB and there's a huge long list of condolences underneath the post. It just feels like commenting on FB (even to announce the death, frankly) trivializes and diminishes what is a truly heartbreaking experience. Crying emojis, sad faces... yuck. I try to send a private message of condolence if I know the person well enough.

Kim came in as the highest listed actress. SJP was the main star and always reminded kim of that. I don’t think SJP is as nice as she seems

+1 IF SJP wanted to reach out, she could have done it privately. But she didn't. She did it in a public way to look sweet.

I don't blame Kim for calling her out.

PP but not to this comment. I feel like SJP is on the Jennifer Garner wavelength- maintain positive public persona so no one knows how nasty you really are.

Why would you say Jennifer Garner is nasty?

Google it.

Sorry, still don’t buy the Jennifer garner being a nasty person stuff. I googled and didn’t find much. The only thing someone came up with previously was that their friend was jennifer’s freshman year roommate or something and they didn’t get along?

The only things that come up are all about JG and her kids, split with Affleck, etc. Why don't you stop being coy and just post links to exactly what you're talking about? I've never heard anything bad about her. At all.

I would absolutely hate to be a public persona. Anyone can say anything about you and people will believe it. I don't believe whatever the PP is insinuating about Jennifer Garner. Not unless there are reputable links, and I don't see any.

This thread is not about Jennifer Garner. Go whine about her impossibly difficult life somewhere else.

Instead she did it publicly, because she wanted to look like the good guy.

Exactly. Do people stop talking to one another these days other than on the internet?

I have found that, as a general rule, the person who decides to make their case publicly is usually the one in the wrong. The person who is comfortable with their behavior and their integrity doesn’t need to shout it from the rooftops and try to make the other person look bad. Doesn’t matter if you’re a celebrity or a gossiping mom at the schoolyard, trashing someone to others just makes you look trashy.

Cattrall said in one of the articles linked in the thread that she pretty much hasn’t spoken to any of the other cast members since they finished filming, that it’s been years since she spoke to any of them. Other than reaching out brought publicists (which feels pretty cold), it’s possible SJP didn’t know how to reach out to Cattrall privately.

"Kim Cattrall, to her credit, is not taking the bait. She is playing right along… and saying that it would be fabulous to make the new fourth a black or Hispanic woman!" LOL

I'm not the PP who brought her up out of nowhere in the first place. You know, the one who claims she's "nasty." Perhaps that was you.

THIS. Kim Cattrall may indeed have a viable beef with SJP, but she looks trashy airing it in public.
