Yeah, that was all prior to her brother being missing, then found dead, then SJP's public condolences, then Cattrall's lashing out. Keep up.

What has SJP been saying since the instagram thing? I have been googling and have found not a single comment from SJP about any of it since Cattrall went off on her. How is she not letting it go?

You said Cattrall "keeps raising it." Not true.

After the "Instagram thing," neither of them has said anything.

BEFORE Kim's brother died/"the Instagram" thing, they were both saying things all over the place. For months. For years, actually.

When? What did SJP actually say? For years through all of the rumors about a feud, both women stated publicly over and over again that there was no feud, that they valued each other, and pointing out the trend of Hollywood trying to pit women against each other. This goes on through SATC 2 production, at which point the most SJP said was that when you're working those kinds of hours away from home, you're exhausted, people are sensitive or insensitive, feelings get hurt, but that none of it amounted to a feud and they liked each other and were glad to be working together. All through negotiations for SATC 3, SJP held firm in this position every time she was asked about feud rumors, that they were just rumors, that they all cared about each other, and that even when there were rough moments that didn't mean it was anything more than that. She never suggested that anyone in the cast was a problem.

Even when it came out that SATC 3 was cancelled, all she said was that she was disappointed not to be able to make the movie, but didn't say anything about why it wasn't happening. Yes, rumors leaked that it was because Kim Cattrall was the reason, but it's pure speculation that SJP was the one putting it out there, she never said it publicly, public statements came from other cast members. Then suddenly back in October, Kim Cattrall goes on Piers Morgan and rips into SJP over the whole thing, makes a whole bunch of vague comments but never actually commits to what SJP allegedly did wrong. Even after that, all SJP said was that she was "heartbroken" over Cattrall's comments because that wasn't how she remembered it, that working with everyone on the show was a privilege and a special experience. She didn't attack Kim Cattrall at all. And then after Cattrall's brother died, she expressed her condolences. You can take issue with how she did it, but it's not like she said something rude or cutting, her message was kind.

If I have missed some public statement by SJP criticizing Kim Cattrall, please share a link to it. But if you're going to rely upon rumor and speculation, whatever.

I find this smear campaign against SJP completely ridiculous. It's all made up gossip - nothing substantiated at all. None of us knows what went on behind closed doors, but after hearing all these different opinions, I'm going to side with SJP. She did nothing wrong. All she did was express thoughtful condolences to a former colleague upon the death of a family member. That she did so publicly, on Instagram, was simply responding in kind to KC's original post - as hundreds of others had done. To draw any other inferences is like being back in middle school.
