| Guess what? I get manicures very rarely and have had a pedicure only once. For some reason, paying someone $20 to focus on my feet just feels very Marie Antoinette to me. I just don't feel comfortable with it. Go on, make some stupid juvenile crack about how bad my feet might look, but I guess I feel there might be a bigger picture when it comes to human relations. It might be one thing if the people complaining wanted to make life-long friends with their nail technicians, couldn't be more happy than to sit and talk with them while being serviced but that's not what I'm getting here. This seems more like a bunch of self-absorbed shrews who think it's perfectly OK to talk on their phones, read magazines and gossip with their friends in whatever language they so choose, but are offended at the thought of these foreigners who they feel superior to interacting with each other on their "dime". Just creepy, really, really creepy. |
1 pedicure ever? your feet must be creepy. eww. |
| Isn't it way past your bedtime, Barbie? |

| Your right, it is past 9pm, I better get my beauty rest for tomorrow's pedicure. Good night. |
| I pedi myself for free, but turn on the Asian channel so I can feel like I'm in a salon. |
You can replace the bolded words with any group of people like, Black, Hispanic, etc. The sentence still works, for bigots. |
I was kidding. And I am Asian. |
I bet you are 8) |
Bigoted Asian. |
Better Barbie than Fiona I've never met anyone that hasn't had a pedicure, even if you do it yourself at home. |
It was a joke ladies. |
Maybe you should get out from under the rock now and then, meet some new people. People not made out of plastic. |
Yes, I am such a bigot. I can laugh at the stereotypes tossed around about my own culture and dismiss them because they are nonsense. BTW, DH is half Latino, AA and Irish. We make fun of everyone equally. |
