Gang Activity in Montgomery County Shcools?

If you're still using 15-year-old red-zone and green-zone language, your experience with schools is no longer relevant.

Call MC Police and ask if anything happened involving about 20+ kids around 8:30 AM this morning near an up-county Red-Zone HS. If you don't think it's relevant - feel free to move in the neighborhood - love to have more enlightened folks living nearby.

Not in the history of the county has a Hispanic/Latino/Spanish/MS-13/Latin King gang member attacked or even bothered a white person. Their gripes are with other Hispanic/Latino/Spanish gang members.

The average kid has nothing to worry about.

The biggest burden is on the police department who has to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in overtime to solve the murders.

Nothing happened at any school. The PP is suggesting that if you pick a random “red zone school” something criminal must have happened on any given day.

This is akin to saying call the police to ask if anything happened at the metro station near any DCPS HS not Wilson. It’s racist and fear mongering. Not everything is published in the Washington Post. It was a specific school exactly on the date and time stated (feel free to check the 911 recorded calls / records if you have doubts). Keeping an open mind is an important trait.

We’re at a FOCUS school and DD has several friends that are of Latino descent. I don’t care who they target, but I certainly don’t want them at my school.

Yup. I'm very liberal but no more Democrats in MoCo - at this point I'm never voting Democratic for Moco again - so much of what they have done to the county makes me sick.
