That is beyond awful if a hospital caved and locked down the NICU like that so that the other parents couldn't get to their struggling newborns. Awful if that happened.

If she wants that kind of special treatment she should pay to have her own private wing built and hire her own security guards.

Agree. I don't think many women shoot for a sarcastic tone in their maternity photos. That would be a weird choice in context.
