The so what, as someone who went through fertility treatments, is she'll probably never be honest about it. Most of them aren't. Which does disservice to a very real medical problem that many people suffer through and it would be nice if more celebrities were just open and honest. It would help remove the stigma from fertility struggles, which is real.

But maybe Beyoncé is scheduling her Oprah special as we all type where she will discuss her IVF journey.

Clomid can cause twins if you're doing IUI. You get twins from IVF when you put back more than one embryo.

Come on pp, at this point who doesn't realize celebs with twins are using fertility treatments? At this point an announcement would only be necessary if the twins were natural.

You've been living in a major metropolitan area with old mothers too long. Plenty of people are completely naïve. Also, plenty of twins are still born "naturally".
