Been there. I finally recovered after many hidden years. Hugs.

Congrats on your recovery, PP!

Did you get any kind of professional help before recovering? Does your DH know about the eating disorder now?

Do him a favor and leave. A guy like that deserves someone better.

She deserves to be happy with the other man. Let her DH find someone who is madly in love with him.

That I love him more each day.

But I won't - I like to keep him guessing.

Two things strike me about this thread. First, the number of women complaining that their DHs are out of shape - would expect that to be more of a complaint coming from men. Second, how little effort a lot of men put into sex. Amazing what a bit of attention probably would do....

Doesn't everyone deserve to be happy? And she never said she did anything.

That when he whines and plays the victim for some really really absurd reason I wouldn't tolerate even for a child, I want to yell at him "MAN UP For Christ sake you are a unappealing pussy".

But I don't, because I love him, don't yell or say nasty words as a principle, and I know his ego cannot handle the idea that he acts "like a pussy"... But damn does it feel tempting...

If he stopped smoking cigars I would have sex with him much more frequently (at least 4X our current frequency).

Who smokes cigars anymore?

That he's gotten downright fat, and we don't have sex because I'm repulsed. I did tell him much more nicely one time, and it did not go well. I've tried to have us go hiking, or runs together, or just walk around the city on foot. Nope, beer and football. And 20 buffalo wings drowning in ranch...
