Why did the URL change? Used to be: http://09wheggroll.frontgatetickets.com

Now it's: http://static.independenttickets.com/common/eggroll.html

wouldn't they need to give west coast folks a reasonable chance to get tix? I guess there is no way to know if they are all given out or not.

Would it kill them to provide a little more information, such as how long tickets will be available (assuming more are issued at some point today)? Until 6pm? 9pm? Midnight?

What is the most recent time today that someone was able to get tickets? I'm not clear if the site was only open from abut 8-9 AM and has been down since then or if it has been up from time to time since then. I tried constantly between 8-9 and got on a few times but was never able to complete my transaction. I haven't been able to get on since then - just the error message to try back at different times of day. I know a lot of folks got tickets today - did everyone get them between 8-9 AM?

If you did not receive a confirmation page then you were not able to successfully secure tickets at that time. Tickets are not available at this time. WTF?! When will tickets be avalable agin? Im with PP I have been trying since this morning 8am. Have they stopped giving out tickets? why dont they just give people an estimated time to check back? I would have preferred to stand in line to get my tickets.

I just got tickets. I entered from the White House page instead of refreshing the ticket site page as I had been doing all day.

They must have given away another batch of tickets right after 2pm. I got through to the ticketing site briefly (timed out before I could get tickets though). And now we're back to the "check back later" screen...
