For those of you that are still trying. I logged in around 9am. After gettting the main screen where it listed the time groups. I selected the time I wanted and it sent me to the ticket number selection page. I entered the number of tickets I wanted (4) and after some delays got the response that they number was not available (this is extremely confusing since I wasnt sure if they were sold out or if a lottery was in effect). After trying for 2 tickets and getting the same message. I decided to try for another time slot. (it helps if you can open other explorer windows). After this failed I went back to my original time slot. and tried again. After about 4 tries for my original 4 tickets I eventually was "granted" 4 tickets. Upon being pushed to the registration page, I was timed out. I reloaded the page where I was granted the tickets and tried to proceed forward again, this time it worked and I was able to register. DO NOT bother signing up, it is uneccessary.
I think that they page where you select the number of tickets is where the lottery/randomness is built in. I suggest you keep trying for the number you want a few times and hopefully you make it through. Good luck. And fwiw, this is the worst designed process I have every seen. |

The EXACT same thing kept happening to me except I never got a screen saying granted...I just kept getting a timed out screen and hitting refresh until the end of time! |

| I am very confused on if I got tickets or not. I got to the last step where they say click once to get the tickets, which I did, and got a 7 digit number, but then I got kick off, so I can't figure out if I got the tickets or not. Nothing was sent to my email as of now but the messages says you'll get the printable tickets in your email on april 6-8. Are you suppose to get an e-mail confirmation right away to assure that you got the tickets? |

How frustrating...what a mess this is... I'm curious how things are going to flow the day of...those who got tks...please post back here and let my curious little mind know...

My friend who got through and got us tickets said she recieved an email right after with the confirmation info and statement that she will get the emailed tickets in April. So, I'm pretty sure you needed to get an email confirmation. Did you try contacting the ticket company - I think I saw a phone and email if you have questions. |

yah i think i'll call and check because i got a confirmation number but no email. I got kicked out right after I got a confirmation number

ME TOO! BECAUSE I SPENT SO MUCH TIME IN TRYING TO GET TICKETS TOO... I WAS UP TILL 1AM WAITING THEN WOKE UP VERY EARLY TO CHECK AGAIN.. TOO BAD ITS NOT MY DAY!!!!
