Does anyone ever turn down YY, MV, CMI, or ITS

Nope. Both about two miles away, in opposite directions.

If commute isn't a factor and you do not have a language preference then pick the easier language to support for your family.

It's not a decision that MV can make. It would require charter amendment.

It would never be approved. LAMB' exemption wouldn't be approved if they were to open today. They are grandfathered. Other, newer montessoris would not be able to get approved now either.
