Why do the PH people never take the hint that PH is not relevant to a thread?

When a poster asks where they can find a small, low-end house near Tyson's, or a cheap new McMansion with builders-grade finishes, PH might be relevant. Not here. Go away.

Well, to be fair, nothing on this thread that's been suggested is what I'd call "close-in" or "small"--so I guess it's all a matter of perspective.

Completely irrelevant, as neither that nor any other house in Pimmit Hiils is high end. You simply waste the time of others by forcing them to wade through off-topic posts.
