MF and diminished ovarian reserve (undetectable AMH, low AFC)
31: IVF + ICSI #1, 1 follicle, 1 egg, fertilized, got pregnant, T21--non viable and terminated. 32: NCIVF #1: 3 follicles, no eggs 33: NCIVF #2: 3-4 follicles, no eggs stopped trying, got pregnant, DS is almost 3 (yes, truly a miracle still not sure how it happened and not even RE believed me when I said I was pregnant) 36: IVF + ICSI #2 (diff clinic, diff protocol): 2 eggs, 2 fertilized, great quality, BFN 36: IVF + ICSI #3 3 eggs, 2 fertilized, BFN Will try at 37 again. Maybe once more, then will go with DE assuming the problem is me. Too bad the science sucks enough to not be able to say which is the predominant problem (MF vs. FF). |

36 yrs old - Currently in IVF
I have severe PCOS 67 mature eggs retrieved 41 fertilized normally Still in process... no updates yet. Hopeful for a few good ones. |

41 years old-1 round IVF
10 eggs retrieved, 7 fertilized (although told later that 3 follicles were immature so that makes sense) only 2 made it to day 5 Will be putting those two back in next month (praying for a positive) |

41, one round of unsuccessful IVF; about to start round 2.
13 follicles retrieved. 9 were mature. 6 fertilized with ICSI. 4 embryos made it to Day 5; We transferred 2. BFN. The clinic kept an eye on the 2 remaining embryos one more day to see if they would make it to freeze. They did not. |

have twins from ivf 5 ys ago tried two FET's (3 great frozen blasts total) this past aug and oct: negatives first fresh ivf this past dec: 4 mature eggs retrieved, 1 immature: 4 fertilized and transferred 2 8 cells at 3 days; 2 other embryos were 5 cells and made it to day 5 but did not qualify for freezing. outcome: negative Second fresh cycle right after (jan 15): 5 mature eggs; 4 fertilized; transferred 3 6 cells on day 3; 4th embryo was 5 cells and made it to day 5 and was frozen day 6 (was a littleslow) just did beta test last week and strong POSITIVE!!! when I was 35 i had 30 eggs retrieved, 23fertilized, and 7 went to blast. Clearly, huge drop off in antral follicle count in 5 ys...but i focused on quality instead of getting caught up in the numbers! |

I'm also 44 years old, 1st IVF after 2 failed IUIs 5 eggs retrieved 4 fertilized (ICSI) 3 transferred at day 5 and Im now in 2ww

Just an update -- my remaining singleton was a success and I'm enjoying baby time. Now I want to give the frozen one a chance. GL everyone. |

13 follicles on US day of hcg 10 eggs retrieved 8 mature 7 fertilized with icsi We were going to do a freeze all due to elevated P4 but only 1 morula was alive on day 5, so we transferred it. BFFN. |

14 eggs retrieved 9 fertilized 8 made it to blast and biopsied 5 were good FET #1 - BFN FET # 2 - BFP , but way too soon to celebrate. I found out this morning. |
