I don’t see William as lazy at all. Sounds like Sussex camp feeding the media |
I don’t think he is lazy, either. I agree it seems the Sussex camp is feeding the media lies. I’m not going to engage with the pp, but I just don’t buy all this fake news as being true. |
And women who aren't.

Anyone who's seen Harry speak extemporaneously knows he's not dumb. He also got accredited to fly Apaches solo, something William never got. More press and palace slanders. |
The Duke of Gloucester also outworked William, and he's in his 80s. |
This is how I see it too. The gossip mags may print unflattering things about stripping titles, but this just seems like more media lies. |
I dunno. Tom Sykes claims to be well-connected, although as is often the case, his "sources" could just be his own whims. https://www.thedailybeast.com/prince-william-plots-bonfire-of-royal-titles-when-he-becomes-king/ |
I hope he strips h and m titles. They claimed they wanted out but continue to try to use it to make money. |
I mean, Charles has any number of gift shops at his various residences, where he sells jam, china, dog bowls, and Burberry. The money goes into his pockets too, and not into renovations which are still picked up by British taxpayers. Zara Tindall has multiple brand deals. How is this different? |
Charles is selling £395 corgi brooches. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/lifestyle/article-15735157/Kerching-Charles-JONATHAN-MARGOLIS-reveals-royals-cashing-tasteful-tat-including-395-corgi-brooch-2-000-Burberry-coats-money-going.html How is this different? |
The Sandrinham Summit document was very clear. "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will become privately funded members of The Royal Family with permission to earn their own income and the ability to pursue their own private charitable interests."
|
All of the proceeds from the various shops go to The Royal Collection Trust. It's used to preserve art, artifacts, and items of historical interest that are on display to the public in the UK at various museums, castles, etc. I have no idea what kind of ownership interest the King has in this priceless collection- my understanding is that it's all in a trust and can't be sold off for his personal profit, but someone please correct me if I'm wrong. |
The Highgrove shop profits are donated to charity (the King's Foundation). I think Zara can probably do what she want as she's not a working royal. |
Former MP and privy counselor Norman Baker has written two books about the royals' finances and suggests Charles pockets some of the proceeds from his gift shop sales. I have no idea who is right. |
Charles and Zara both actually serve and respect the people of England. |
